IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE TUITIONS
Please note refunds will not be given for unused services, as the retreat classes, workshops, services and seminars are included but optional for attendance
50% Reservation deposit required – balance due upon arrival
Pre-paying your tuition in full online 20 days prior to arrival allows you save a 15% additional tax fee.
Tuition and Retreat Package are only subject to show good faith to deliver the like and kind of services printed in the invitation as changes to the schedule may occur during retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that the refunds for services/classes/workshops/seminars that were canceled due to these unforeseen circumstances will be at the sole discretion of the Rancho Lemuria Retreat Center on a case by case basis. Any major change to the retreat schedule 20 days prior to arrival we will make the attempt to notify you, at which time your options will be presented to you.

Cancellation policy – All following policies are based on the date of the retreat start date or your arrival date which ever comes first. Canceling 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus the small handling fee (around 3%) imposed on us by PayPal or other banking institution. Canceling between 15-29 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of 50% of your total tuition paid, and 0 to 14 days prior to arrival or event, sorry there are no refunds available. Cancellation notice must be acknowledged received by one of our emails.
Tuition or Retreat Price is per person. Room Rates are based on double occupancy, there is an additional charge for another person. Children are allowed on a pre-approval basis only. Dogs must be neutered or spayed are allowed on pre-approval only. This is a non-smoking health oriented facility. We make every effort to meet special physical needs including special rooms and dietary preparations, but this is Mexico and there can be cultural communication misunderstandings.
Rancho Lemuria Retreats operate under The Jubilee Society, a tax deductible non-profit organization (check with your tax adviser for more information).
When registering we require your name, phone and email information so that we may contact you regarding your registration.
We reserve the right to change these policies at any time, so please read this section prior to each registration period. Also, there may be special terms for individual workshops which you will be notified of in an email.
