In many very good ways the workshop turned out to be more, much more than I expected.  Conscious Creation describes Lorel’s agenda well.  She challenged me and made me think vigorously about things that affect my mindset, where ever it is.  We explored sad and happy thought patterns and their affect on us.  I was refreshed after she bends your mind a bit and then comes back to ideas of peace and harmony.  A real life pep-talk it was.  Lorel helped with conviction and passion to show me how to stop procrastination of dreams, the amazing power of gratitude, breathing, the power in colors, stones and even arrangement of  furniture.  I believe her teachings will help in my  relationship with others.

The accommodations were delightful (especially the fine organic cotton sheets) and the peaceful, safe, rural setting.  The meals were all delicious and nutritious in a great kitchen setting and I had pleasant conversations around the big table.  The morning walks towards the mountain go up a nice dirt road with no traffic.  I found stunning panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.  Other recreation I enjoyed several well chosen movies in the evenings and my partner and I spent time in the cultural city of Guanajuato.

I didn’t want to leave and decided to stay 2 days longer because it felt so good..

I found the workshop Conscious Creation fulfilling and balanced.
Walks and meditation time in the morning set the whole day.
They are wonderful and the best way to start the day.  I was glad they began at 8:30 am not only because it was cold but when working everyday, being here with this quality of air, fine sheets, comfortable mattress, a body can really sleep and my mind needed rest, so I was very grateful for the cold weather that helped this happen.

Food and food time was graceful and joyful.

I found all the information very interesting, important, and grounded.
I wish the day lasted longer to keep on studying, asking questions, and having more time to dig into personal issues so it is not only knowledge we get but the chance to apply to our personal issues and feelings.

Watching movies at night was perfect to wrap up the day.

Sharing time and seeing how other people stick to their dreams.

Overall it was a wonderful, nourishing, giving – receiving experience.

WE were served an incredible raw food lunch on the terrace outside the dining hall. Our view included the luscious large trees in the courtyard held by the bubbling, 3 tier fountain that marks the centre. WE refreshed with “the best lemonade we ever tasted”, then began dining with cracker bread made with yummy flax seeds and other goodies, spiced with cumin and a side of raw cheese. This was followed by butternut squash soup with bananas and mango chunks, Divine!! We were quite full when the next course came…a huge thai salad, with a mixture of many veggies and exotic spices and chilies…and if that were not enough it was sealed with a tofu pudding dessert, maple syrup and carob sauce with banana..yum!
We toured the land, the rooms and Lorel’s vision of Rancho Lemuria was shared….as we strolled lastly to the lake and stared in awe at the vast and superb views of the mountains, valleys, sky, and farmland below…

I was lucky enough to find a chunk of Obsidian and kept it as one of the many treasures we came away with.

Thank you Lorel, you are a wonderful hostess, and fun to hang out with.

much love and peace from all of us…dawna, crystal, patrick, lila, johnathon, and nauhi
